Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Are your coaches certified?

Most of our coaches hold certifications, and all of them bring real-life experience, spiritual maturity, and the training needed to walk with people through meaningful growth.

You can explore each coach’s background, training, and focus areas in our Coaching Directory.

How do I know which coach is right for me?

Start with where you want to grow—personal, family, or work. From there, you can read about each coach’s background and focus areas to see who feels like the right fit for you.

What does this investment look like?

Coaching packages range from 4 to 12 sessions, depending on the coach and the program they offer. Financial investment varies too—but everything is clearly outlined in the Coaching Directory, so you’ll have all the details before making any decisions.

Ongoing support sessions are also available after your initial package, if you’d like to continue working with your coach.

Can I meet with my coach virtually?

Yes! Most of our coaches offer virtual sessions, making it easy to connect no matter where you are. You’ll see those details when you explore the Coaching Directory.

What does Christ-centered coaching mean?

Our coaching is grounded in a biblical view of purpose, growth, and transformation. While sessions aren’t sermons or Bible studies, your coach will walk with you in a way that reflects God’s truth and supports the life He’s calling you to—spiritually, personally, and practically.

Do I need to be part of a church to work with a coach?

Nope. While our coaches are Christ-centered in their approach, you don’t need to be part of a specific church—or any church—to work with one of them.

If you’re looking for meaningful growth and support, you’re welcome here.

How do I know if I need counseling or coaching?

Counseling is often focused on healing—processing difficult experiences, managing emotional or mental health challenges, and getting support through life’s harder seasons.

Coaching is focused on growth—helping you move forward, make decisions, and take action in areas like your personal life, family, or work.

If you’re in a place where you’re ready to grow with support, coaching might be the right next step.
